End-to-end delivery: roadmap, phased launch gates, and per-feature specs. Architecture-first (data model, entitlement/IAP, navigation, offline seams). Offline-first encrypted data layer (op-sqlite + SQLCipher, Zustand, Zod). Mapbox GL + Turf geospatial. StoreKit 2 + Google Play Billing with entitlement revalidation. A 10-agent Claude Code review system with pre-commit gates. Also designed and built its marketing site (zero-dependency, dual-theme).
